I made an appointment to get an oil change and have my tires rotated. I arrived on time but my car sat in the service drive thru for 45 minutes before they moved it outside. The car wasn't ready for over tires rotated. I arrived on time but my car sat in the service drive thru for 45 minutes before they moved it outside. The car wasn't ready for over two hours. My service manager said they had a lot of appointments. Needless to say I will be looking for somewhere else to get service. More
