I'm not sure what there is to respond to. -Went to dealership on a Friday morning to see/drive a 2017 Odyssey I found on hondacertified.com that was supposed to be at this dealership. -Told no one had ever seen this car on the lot. (Note...there is a stock # and vin listed.) -Offered me a red Odyssey instead! I knew from the carfax report that it had been in an accident with damage on all sides. Salesman FINALLY admitted that, and countered with "But it's still a good car. It's a Honda." (Bait and switch #1) -I later had some email exchanges with the dealership about the vehicle I wanted to see, thinking it was a new listing, not "actively" on the lot, being serviced... -Told repeatedly (online) that it WAS available and invited to schedule an appointment. -After several exchanges, told it WAS NOT available, but they had some great deals on 2019 Odysseys. ($10,000+ over my budget!). Bait and switch #2. -Continued to receive emails inviting me to drive the 2017 all weekend. -Looking carefully at the CarFax report, I am rather confused as to what happened to this vehicle!! NOTE...I have since found and purchased a vehicle from another dealership.
