Wouldn’t recommend. Went for my first service appointment and was very disappointed. Would not return. Long wait times, bad service reps. Went for my first service appointment and was very disappointed. Would not return. Long wait times, bad service reps. More

I was told my part was ready then I was told they didn’t have the tool for the part. I worked at a mechanic shop, I don’t know if they were lying but things didn’t sound right to me. Then, things went from have the tool for the part. I worked at a mechanic shop, I don’t know if they were lying but things didn’t sound right to me. Then, things went from bad to worse, I told they couldn’t on the part because they saw an issue. The reason I’m giving them such a bad rating is because they saw my vehicle a week ago and a month before that when I think they seen a problem before now. More
Heath was good about keeping me looped in. Though I couldn't afford the repairs, he did give me options and made me feel valued as a customer Though I couldn't afford the repairs, he did give me options and made me feel valued as a customer More
I’m still waiting for the dust to settle. Things still aren’t clear. I used Autotrader to find a vehicle, put some of my information in looking for the best monthly payments, and then went th Things still aren’t clear. I used Autotrader to find a vehicle, put some of my information in looking for the best monthly payments, and then went through the job portal that suggests you can get deals through the portal and found the exact vehicle on the site. I sat with the seller and he pulled up my email that was used on—I think—TrueCar. Autotrader and TrueCar had the car for the same price, I thought he was going to let me know that the price is different from the price on the web. I waited and waited for a lesser amount but that never came. I usually don’t speak up. So… I was told that I would get sixty days before having to make a payment, started signing papers and the other guy says “You have forty-five days before your payment. I said to myself, what! I really needed the sixty I was told with everything going on. I was told to come back if I had an issue with the tires. The first time I had a problem no one knew what I was talking about, that’s when I learned that I had a tire package for the car. I feel as if I’m buying a car I should be told what I’m paying for. I think the tire package was slid in to increase what I was going to pay. From my experience with other dealers, they are all slime xxxxx and this place should be avoided. Maybe you can find an honest one. More
