They were not really interested in my oil change. All they wanted to do was to sell me more service which my car didn’t need and 23k miles. It took approximately 3 hours to do an oil change, which I can do in 15 minutes. I asked the service rep if they had any oil change coupons, to which he answered NO. So I quickly provided one from their Nissan Of Stone Mountain website. Guys that’s bad service right there. My car’s floor board looked nasty when I finally got it back. I was very disappointed this time around. I’m contemplating changing dealerships. More
