They are under new management, so the service rep I initially spoke with let me know there would be some price differences. No problem. The service rep I dealt with in person, quoted me $1019. I asked if that was for everything, and he said yes. Ok. Before I could get to my next destination, I received a text with the recommendations after inspection, which included the services I requested. The service rep called multiple times to get a response from me. I was in the process of running errands as I prepared to travel for a funeral, so it was taking me a moment to reapond. After some back and forth, i was quoted $2913 for the agreed upon services. Before I could pick up my car once it was ready, I received a call from another rep stating he wanted to schedule my car appraisal because he was told I wanted to turn in my car. Excuse me? I let him know I had not spoken to anyone about turning in my car. He then said, he thought I had some concerns about the cost of the service repairs and wanted to turn in my car. I did not. When I got to the dealership, the service rep went through what was done, some things I had not requested/authorized or had outright denied. He tells me that he undercharged me for a service, so I 'got over' on that one. How so when I was not aware of what the charge should have been? In the end I paid $1525 over the initial quoted services. So who got over on whom? More
I needed an A/C system refresh and some mud guards installed and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday morning. Another toyota dealership told me I needed to pay for the diagnostic before anything installed and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday morning. Another toyota dealership told me I needed to pay for the diagnostic before anything is done, they were only available during the week from 8-1:45 and they were booked for the next 2-weeks. I was like I'm not going to be able to do that because I work. A warm thanks to Jason at Stone Mountain Toyota. More
I had a very disappointing experience during my oil change service today. I dropped my car off at 7:55 AM. An oil change should not take more than 30-45 minutes, but I didn't get a call until 9:35 A change service today. I dropped my car off at 7:55 AM. An oil change should not take more than 30-45 minutes, but I didn't get a call until 9:35 AM - almost 1.5 hours later. When your service advisor called me at 9:35 AM, he said the coolant needs to be replaced and it would cost an extra $130 and that I would be out in 20 minutes. I waited until 10:00 AM and when I followed up, he said "I saw your car, it will be out in 5 minutes." After waiting another 15 minutes, I went to the service bay myself. The advisor was not at his desk, so someone else had to take me to see my car and it was still being serviced. When the advisor came back, instead of apologizing for the delay, he was rude and asked me if I wanted to "overhear" my car when I questioned why it was taking so long after he promised 20 minutes. This is unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I spoke to the service manager and I am waiting for a resolution. More

Throughout th disappointing. Upon arriving, no one acknowledged or greeted me, and I had to wait an extended period before anyone offered assistance. Throughout the process, communication was very poor. I had to make multiple phone calls just to receive updates, as there was little to no proactive communication from the staff. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and customer service made for a frustrating experience. More
