We bought our second car here, a 2018 Tiguan November 2020. We wanted to remain loyal since we bought our first Jetta here. When I called to schedule a meeting with Irnes to see our car he did not show 2020. We wanted to remain loyal since we bought our first Jetta here. When I called to schedule a meeting with Irnes to see our car he did not show, apparently it was his day off. First red flag. We found one online that we liked and after a quick test drive we decided to buy. With two babies it’s hard to find the time and this dealership made it really that much harder. In hindsight we should have walked. For anyone reading this review and considering buying from here, run. Drive somewhere else unless you want to get in a car everyday and regret buying it then this isn’t the place for you. I would be really surprised if they stay in business much longer. If you don’t believe me spend some time in the waiting area for service. It’s entertaining to say the least, depending on how long you have been there. Most people are very verbal about their service. Coffee is good so that’s 1 star. More

Bought an Atlas VW top premium model, after 2 days we heard a noise! Drove all the way back. They completely declined what I heard! They didn't take any initiative to look into the problem! Litterally no heard a noise! Drove all the way back. They completely declined what I heard! They didn't take any initiative to look into the problem! Litterally none. They did a 15 min drive. When I explicitly said drive over 60mph for a while. POOR on another level. I was back in 7 days!! As quick as I can! On Christmas Day! Yes! Over my Christmas. Nothing! This is my exact point why I don't trust dealers! Are they going to do something. I doubt it. More

I was quite disappointed to be told that I could only do business with them if I used in house financing or paid cash. I have a 30 year relationship with my bank that I plan to continue. Tricked me all the way and would not let me return the vehicle. They say I came it was raining really bad and I had my son. Long story short they put me in a new car.
