I took my son into this dealership today. This was actually his first experience in a dealership, as today was day one of vetting a new vehicle for my soon-to-be 16 year old. There was a specific car we were interested in, the Trax. When we arrived, we were greeted by the floor manager who seemed quite nice, that is, until he asked me for the second time if I was going to buy a car today. After the second time I told him this, he looked at me and said, “well, I am a floor manager, so let me go find a sales person to help you”. After about 10 minutes, he brings over a guy who was in his second week on the job and told me that “he generally runs errands for the sales guys”. He knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle. Couldn’t answer one question. Here’s the thing, though. I don’t blame him at all. He was new and we were simply pawned off on him because the floor manager didn’t want to bother with us. This floor manager is the problem. He blew us off from jump. Very interesting relationship-building tactic. Just because we weren’t going to buy today, we were blown off. The fun part of this is that we like the Trax and it is very likely we will end up buying one when my son turns 16 in a few month. Guess what… we sure won’t be purchasing at Stonebriar Chevrolet! It really sucks that this was my son’s first experience at a dealership. I’m looking forward to taking him to a place that will give a xxxx about him and his business. More

Worst customer service. They will add whatever amount of discount in add ons and then will not get back to you if there is an issue.
