I’ve mentioned on more than one occasion that I was sold a truck with a dent in the body of the truck and no follow up or concern has been made. I was also delivered a truck with no antenna and had to withh a truck with a dent in the body of the truck and no follow up or concern has been made. I was also delivered a truck with no antenna and had to withhold filling out the dealer survey until supplied a radio antenna and getting run around. Upon receiving the antenna the sales manager took my phone and filled out the survey himself to give them an outstanding rating. Also, my mirror was broken in some process of getting the oil changed or the truck being washed. I drove off in confidence that my truck was good even after a more than two hour wait. As I drove off I went to switch lanes only to discover my passenger mirror was folded forward. I immediately turned around and drove back to the dealership. Nobody said anything prior to me leaving that my mirror on my brand new truck was broken. Management said that they would order a new mirror (not sure when I would get one being that it is a safety issue). For my first oil change this has been a frustrating disaster! My trucks value has been diminished and attention to needs have not been met! I have a 2026 ZR2 with a dent in the door and a broken mirror both extending from occurrences from Stonebriar dealership. More

They lied about the parts being aftermarket. Brought in my C7 Z51 Corvette for an oil change that I made an appointment for. The service advisor was short and unhelpful. I was there for two and a half hours. After arriving home, it was discovered that the car was two quarts low of oil. I contacted the service department with the issue never resolved. Service Manager seemed not to care. No apology. No concern for my business whatsoever. I would give one star if it were not for a wonderful salesperson that engaged me while waiting. More
