AMAZING Customer Service I brought my HR-V in for the first oil change. I was instantly greeted by Mike Cosper, the Service Advisor. I explained that I was on my lunch hour I brought my HR-V in for the first oil change. I was instantly greeted by Mike Cosper, the Service Advisor. I explained that I was on my lunch hour and needed the service done as quickly as possible. He immediately got the car to the bay and kept me informed during the entire process.
