What a wonderful truck buying experience! After many days of online shopping and comparing, we narrowed our focus to Stoops Automotive, as they had the greatest selection of Suburbans and Yukon XLs. Our online inquiry was quickly (within minutes) answered by Stephanie, who assured us that Stoops had the options we were searching for and set an appointment for Saturday. We were met at the door by Pat Bowen and thus began the best dealership experience ever. Mr Bowen is VERY knowledgeable and took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. We were able to test drive any vehicle we needed to (and after only two, we were sold on our 2022 Suburban LT.) No high pressure sales, just letting the vehicle sell itself! As it was so near to close of business, we set another appointment to finish the paper work the following Monday. Once again we were pleasantly surprised how smoothly the entire appointment went. Mr Bowen spent a good bit of time going over our Suburban's tech options. Chris Abade, the business manager, was also VERY knowledgeable about our options, and we were very happy with our payment, without the high pressure sales tactics, once again. We will be happy to make the hour drive to Muncie and Stoops Automotive, the next time we are in the market for another vehicle. More
