My family and I bought an Acadia last year from Stoops because it was listed as an AWD drive vehicle. We live in the country and have to have this option to get up our hill in the winter. However, we w because it was listed as an AWD drive vehicle. We live in the country and have to have this option to get up our hill in the winter. However, we went to go get it serviced and the service technician informed us that the vehicle was a FWD only. Called Stoops to clarify this issue and they completely shrugged it off and was told it was our problem. I guess it is our problem because we just lost $4,000 in car value in one day. Don’t buy from them unless you know that everything is 100% accurate!!! More

We made 3 trips to this dealership, first to just look at the inventory on the lot, second to meet with Joe and test drive an Enclave and third to complete the paperwork and drive away in our new car! The experience was very pleasant, Joe is very personable. We quickly agreed on a price and they gave me a fair amount for my trade, actually more than I expected. The paperwork was the norm and Tyler made it quick and painless, he also got us a great rate. I'd recommend Stoops to anyone that wants to buy a GMC or Buick, the people are easy to work with and the dealership was clean and efficient. Love my new Enclave! More

I had a few issues after buying my vehicle, but as of this date (9/10/2012) the dealer has taken care of them. The dealer on line information was descriptive and accurate. The vehicle was as advertised and there were no issues.
