Scheduled Appointment a few days ago-drove 45 min and they said no appointment even though I showe will not be back as service department is lacking. A Quality Service Experience at Stoops Buick in Plainfield April 18, 2019 ~~ 9:15 a.m. ~~ Service at Stoops Buick in Plainfield, Indiana: I found the "Service Experience" at Stoops Buick to be Excellent!! April 18, 2019 ~~ 9:15 a.m. ~~ Service at Stoops Buick in Plainfield, Indiana: I found the "Service Experience" at Stoops Buick to be Excellent!! Central to this experience was Cristie Stocking (Service Department). She was: 1. Friendly; 2. Competent; 3. Was Excellent at explaining what needed to be done in removing the Locked Lug-nuts which had been put on backwards and the key had been lost ~~ totally botched by a phantom "Lug-Nut!!"; 4. And she gave me quality advice on further service for the car which Stoops Buick offered. (She reminded me of the quality employees I worked with at American States Insurance for 39 years in Indianapolis.) She is a winner!! I also found the Stoops Dealership, at large, to be extremely well organized. The facility was also flawlessly clean ~~ that takes extremely high standards and genuine effort. I am not sure a car dealership could be of much higher quality ~~ every action I observed seemed to be well thought out and well executed! I was impressed. The work which was performed on my 2016 Buick Regal was done with amazing speed ~~ as the task at hand was no simple issue ~~ Locking Lug-nuts had been put on backwards and the key had been lost in the sea of leased cars at Enterprise. (I was unsure how removing those Locked Lug-nuts could be done ~~ but I was sure with the hundreds of cars that Stoops and The Buick Corporation service each year ~~ there had to be a procedure to remove the Locked Lug-nuts. (I am not sure who the person in the service bay was, but he or she also deserves special recognition ~~ he or she worked quickly and performed high quality work!!!!!) I am still amazed how quickly the work was accomplished!!!!! I would also like to recognize the gentlemen in the parts department. I related to their perception of what my car needed ~~ I had really "Good Vibes" from them. The guys know their jobs well and related some rather fascinating information about their experience, and that of the Stoops Dealership. I like those guys!!! Generally speaking I found the experience at Stoops to be a high quality encounter during this Easter Week of 2019. Thanks again to Cristie Stocking for being the excellent gateway for my service experience at Stoops Buick. She is a winner! Blessings to all at Stoops on this Holy Easter Week!! Took 2.5 hours for oil change. Caught lying twice! Was terrible. Said one thing to my wife in waiting room and a different story to me on phone when I called about why my wife and daughter were in the Was terrible. Told her that she had multiple issues with the car but when I spoke to him, there was only a few of these mentioned. He told my wife that he would get an estimate together (that he never did in writing) and that was the reason for such a long wait. After another 45 minutes, he comes back and tells her that he will just call her with it! What were you doing for that extra hour Mike? Do your job honestly and treat All Women like you would treat your mother or your daughter. Then Mike wanted to make sure that he spoke with my wife and not me! What are you worried about Mike Gill? Getting caught in another lie? Not doing your job efficiently or with integrity? Bottom line is Mike Gill got caught lying and trying to hustle a woman, who already waited in the waiting room for 2.5 hours, and did so easily. Never had an issue with Stoops until now. Mike gill and Stoops will lose business. This story will spread on social media. Stay tuned... More

Stoops is offer the best service and the kindest people! I switched from another dealership and make to Stoops GMC because of how wonderful their customer service has always been to my husband. Really from the sales guy we have had to the service rep, it is hands down the best. The workers are all kind and curtious. They are quick to get you in to have your vehicle looked at and always keep you in the know as they are working. They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best outcome when coming to them. Anytime I call over the phone, everyone is so respectful and happy to help. My husband and I have never had a bad experience. We love it so much that we drive from Brownsburg to come to them. And yesterday my husband semi- joked that when we move to arkansas, we will still come back to Stoops in Indiana to buy all our cars. Incredible all around! More
Went in for an oil change and problems with my navigation sy Toni and Mike were able to correct my problem with my navigation system.
