Getting my car net repaired has been one blunder after another with his dealership. First time I took it in to report the problem they told me not to worry about it that an over the air update would fix i another with his dealership. First time I took it in to report the problem they told me not to worry about it that an over the air update would fix it. So I called Car net customer service for a second opinion and they told me that I had to take it into the dealership. So I called the dealership back and told them what Carnett told me and they scheduled an appointment one month away. I finally got the appointment and they diagnosed that they needed to replace the module so I would have to bring it back the next day to install the new module. Once it was installed they had to reset the immobilizer and then I would have to bring my car back another time with a second key to the car to have it reprogrammed. The tech told me that it would take five minutes and I could stop by anytime. So I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and the tech working told me that they absolutely couldn’t do it today it would take longer than five minutes and they close at noon. At every turn with this issue I have felt lied to as they have tried to comfort me and tell me that things will be OK but then when I follow up on things they can’t do what I ask. After my key is finally programmed to my car I would rather drive to one of the other two VW dealerships then have to deal with strong again More
