Wasn't attentive until we wanted to make a deal. Couldn't tell us why things were wrong. Lied about the deal. And would not respond or help when we had problems with our brand new car on the way home! Just t tell us why things were wrong. Lied about the deal. And would not respond or help when we had problems with our brand new car on the way home! Just told us we signed for it. We thought Steve was great getting us better interest but was terrible going over the contract and we ended up paying more in fees and hidden costs than we originally signed on for and didn't realize until we started looking at the contract how bad we had been doused! The car ended up costing more and for much longer than the deal we were told that hooked us into signing papers. I guess my husband and I are to honest and trusting. We got screwed over by this car buying experience. This dealership made me realize that the old saying "don't trust a used car salesman...or d!ealership More
