with terrible customer service how can this place make $$$?? I have had several negative experiences in my life but have never felt they were so terrible as to leave a negative review until today, Strong VW you I have had several negative experiences in my life but have never felt they were so terrible as to leave a negative review until today, Strong VW you are the winner, for the first time in 40 years I am leaving a negative review. First off I will never come to this dealership again, they proved to me that customer satisfaction is not what they are about and they clearly did not want me as a customer, guess this is partially my fault for not looking at all the negative reviews already posted. Let me start by saying that I took the day off work to purchase this vehicle and I was going to pay asking price and they clearly did not want my business. Okay folks the Blue Star Inspection is just that, only an inspection, just because it was inspected does not mean it passed. In my case the salesman showed me the issues that were found and the car I was interested in had several issues that were not addressed and the salesman would not tell me what if anything was fixed, he would only say my manager said it passed. Anytime I asked anything he had to go ask the sales manager which is okay but his sales manager was to busy to come talk to me himself, the salesman said he could get another sales manager but he would probably be too busy too. Really folks, your in the customer service business!! Well needless to say I was still interested in the car so took it out for a test drive, during the test drive there was a terrible sound coming from the front end, I found the problem (loose bolt on the strut that was not listed on the Blue Star Inspection, this makes me think the Blue Star Inspection is BS). I asked if they could tighten the bolt so I could drive it again and see if that fixed it, salesman took the car to the shop and when he returned said he tried but the shop would not touch it (really?? 1 bolt!!) and that all his managers were too busy to help so there was nothing else he could do. At this point I had realized they did not want my business, told the salesman how disappointed I was with the dealership and left. More
