Awesome service and very convenient I went to in to get the oil changed on my 15' GTI. Strong mentioned a 3 hour wait and I really didn't want to wait around. I was offered an Uber rid I went to in to get the oil changed on my 15' GTI. Strong mentioned a 3 hour wait and I really didn't want to wait around. I was offered an Uber ride to and from work, which was awesome. I didn't miss much work and didn't have to pay for an Uber. Thanks! More

The quick response of the personnel and the efficiency of the sales team that showed me the car and made the deal. I was shocked at how quick and easy I was able to get the car I hoped for. I'd had experiences at other dealerships that made me sceptical that I would ever have a good dealership experience. Steve Laird and his partner were great. And they have a high tech coffee machine that makes lattes! I did the application online, we spoke over the phone about my vehicle and financial goals, and he was already ready with the vehicle and paperwork when I got there!
