They said they have no clue what a money factor even is when we asked. They couldn’t even explain the gap because we were willing to lease, pay cash, or borrow from Volkswagen. They quoted $26,000 for the car in stock in the displayed screenshot. Glad we did our research before a scam could have occurred, and we drove 800 miles! At least dealers in Seattle aren’t scamming their customers! Take down the fake prices! We are reporting this web page as consumer fraud. More

AVOID We went in to look at cars for our teen. After we test drove 1 used car we asked about pricing on the new cars. The listings on the internet include We went in to look at cars for our teen. One discount is loyalty to volkswagon, and when stated that we had previously purchased 3 Porsche and 1 Audi from Strong which we felt should qualify as loyal to Strong. The sales rep stated he would not even take that point forward and we didn't qualify. Next we asked to look at a different used car and the rep stated "Sounds like your not interested in buying. Let me know when you get serious." After my husband stated we had money and would be buying a car within a week the rep reluctantly got the keys to the car we asked to see. We left without buying as it was a horrible experience. We purchased a car the next day (same model) that is 1 year newer, less miles, more features, and still under warranty from Orem Mazda for only $1500 more than the car we were considering at Strong . Now granted we are used to better service as we buy luxury cars, but we were shopping for our teen. That said, shouldn't ALL customers be treated with respect despite price point?
