False Advertising I heard an AD on the radio last week stating that they will pay off your trade even if you owe thousands more than the car is worth, so I decided to d I heard an AD on the radio last week stating that they will pay off your trade even if you owe thousands more than the car is worth, so I decided to drive down to possibly purchase a new vehicle. The receptionist did not greet me I had to let her know that I had an appointment, so already off to a bad start. Everything was fine until we got out to the used car lot, I told Rob my price range and his attitude completely changed, almost like we werent worth his time. We went on a test drive in a 2016 ford fusion the car ran terribly and it had a lot of cosmetic issues, and Rob pawned us off on his assistant she was great but I would expect the person selling me the car to assist us from start to finish. After the test drive we went back inside, and this is where things really started going south. Rob began helping another customer, so I had to wait for about 10 minutes until he had time to finish up with me. They came back with $1500 for my trade, I owe 4400, I understand I am upside down in my vehicle, but thats why I made the hour long drive down to Strong. I could have gone to any dealer to get that trade in on my car, but after hearing your radio ad I wanted to do business with Strong. Never again though, I will not come back nor will I refer any friends or family. Also Rob did not seem the least bit interested in helping me out, even though the trade in value was much lower then I owe, I though he would have at least attempted to help me out, but no just said maybe you should repair your car and we left. Thanks for wasting my time and gas to make the trip Strong VW, may want to reword your advertisement. More

Excellent experience We had gone to look at the Atlas the week before and test drove an SE. It was a nice car so we went to talk to a salesman(Andy Carr). But told us that they did not have any of the cars in stock and that it would possibly take until the end of July to get one. So we told him that we would wait. Well on June 29th we got a text that said they had one. So by the time we got there and drove away with the car is was a total time of 2.5 hours. Super fast, super service, super nice people. All in all it was a a n excellent experience. More

Amazing experience!!! I went into Strong VW knowing that I wanted an Atlas! I really had NO idea that I would actually drive away with one that day!
