From the first step in the door, you I just bought a 2018 Passat from Andy at Strong Volkswagen. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the first step in the door, you know it's going to be different. The dealership is clean and has bright lighting. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. I met with Andy and asked to take a test drive. Without hesitation he had his assistant, Austin, grab some keys and away we went. No hassling me for all of my information. Afterwards, Andy found all the rebates I qualify for and gave me his best price the first time, no haggling. After deciding to buy, I met with the finance manager.
