Lied to about the car I recently moved to Logan and I needed a 4 wheel drive car. That was our main request in a car and our salesman Sam Saltzman sold us a Tiguan they had I recently moved to Logan and I needed a 4 wheel drive car. That was our main request in a car and our salesman Sam Saltzman sold us a Tiguan they had just gotten in that day which he said was 4 wheel and would be great in the snow. Turns out the car was a few days driving away from needing the 40k mile checkup (which cost as much as a monthly payment) and when we did that it, the technician that did the checkup in Logan told us,"hey, it ended up being cheaper than I thought because it isn't a four wheel drive" slightly good news in exchange for very bad news. The car was also never detailed and it was pretty dirty and when my wife called to enquire about it she got told they didn't offer that service she asked if they expected us to pay to get the car detailed to which an employee told her "yup". But then she talked to Kolby who was accommodating and helpful. Hopefully they can work the situation out with us More
