Don't buy used from Strong I'm sure if you buy new everything will go well with this dealer, but if you buy used they try to make as much off of you as they can. We came from out of town to look at a car with an advertised price. We were surprised at all the extra fees and things we had to pay for. $400 doc fee, $600 more if you want to pay cash, and $500 third light blinking thing that cost $20 on amazon. I told them they need to put that one in the price of the car since its not an option whether to buy it or not. We agreed on a few things like changing oil and filling up the tank of gas and they did the first but not the tank of gas. Attempted to get them to do that when we came to pick up the vehicle and it was if I was thrown out to the pasture after the sale. Then began the trip home. The car stalled on me a couple of times and got home and took it to a mechanic. Timing chain guide was broke. Cost me lots to fix. Called them and told them what happened and they said sold as is sorry. Again thrown out to pasture. So if you like bait and switch and promises that aren't kept and no attention after the sale this is a great place to buy you next used lemon. More

The Dream Team! My experience started with Victor greeting my friend and I in the parking lot of Strong Volkswagen making sure that we had been helped. He sat us down and found out exactly what we wanted and what we needed and put us out on the road in a test drive immediately! We loved the car and waned to talk about payments, price, etc. Victor was able to get me a monthly payment I was comfortable with while keep all the features and amenities I wanted. We were on a time crunch as I had to be to work in an hour he fast tracked my paper work and got me right into finance. He told the finance guy about the time crunch and he got to work immediately! After everything was done Victor continued my journey with me sitting in the back seat of the car as a maintenance manager proceeded to show me all the bells and whistles my car had to offer! Victor made sure I got the car I needed and wanted at a price I could afford making this an extremely easy and pleasant car buying experience! I went home an hour later from walking onto the lot with a brand new 2017 sport wagon. More
