Don't advertise a price if you can't honor it. Refused to honor the advertised price. Said things on the phone that they wouldn't honor in person. Dishonest sales tactics. Excellent Service Center experience I brought my Jetta TDI in for service mid June. From the time I made my phone call to Strong's Service Center until I picked up my Jetta after service completion the concern, care, customer support, superb communication keeping me appraised, etc. that I received from Robert Shinall & the technician who worked on my car far exceeds 'excellent'. Because of my experience I've had in the past I drive 45 mins out of my way to Strong's VW vs the local VW dealership service center in my area. The drive is well worth my time. Excellent customer service James Wolfe was very professional. Before I went I called to see if I needed an appointment and was told no. When I got there I was told it would be a 1-2 hour wait. He offered to call when my car was done but when I told him I live in Ogden and would just wait at the dealership. He was able to get me in and out within 30 mins!! I was very thankful! More
