What added to my disappointment was the feeling of discrimination I experienced based on my accent and ethnicity during the interaction. In addition to the issue with Mr. Bryson’s behavior, I have concerns regarding the inspection of my vehicle. I am uncertain if the required inspection was conducted properly, and this further contributes to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. More
