I take my work VERY SERIOUSLY.. and My NEW CAR warranty or warranties HAD BETTER live up to my expectations....whether your ads are "IMPLIED Warranties" or ACTUALLY TRUE WARRANTIES" ..... I BELIEVE IN NO EXCUSES for my work, and especially the organ donor stuff we do THIS IS PEOPLE ON A list of being up NEXT for surgeries.. THEIR LIFE SAVED surgeries, or getting back on their feet surgeries like mine was when I had received ligaments and tendons for knee surgeries WE HAVE TO BE there when we are scheduled to be there or EARLIER... WE CANNOT let these people down.. THIS .. is where STRONG Volkswagen STEPS UP and GETS US BACK TO WORK and no excuses..... Alex and Tristen listened to us and the BS crap from South Towne auto mall and their stories on why Strong VW was "taking peoples money and not giving them what they believed they were getting".....
