Felt very pressured; horrible service department. The sales persons and managers I dealt with were very pushy, would not even consider negotiating price, and because I am 23 they assumed I could and w The sales persons and managers I dealt with were very pushy, would not even consider negotiating price, and because I am 23 they assumed I could and would be pressured into a lease, which I made clear from the beginning I did not want. The car I bought there last year has transmission issues, it took several phone calls to schedule due to the lack of response and availability of staff in the service department, and the day of the appointment, one hour prior to the scheduled time the service department called to reschedule, because the one tech they DO have who can work on transmissions suddenly wasn’t available. More
