I have been so disappointed by the Concord Subaru service the past few visits. I do not trust them anymore. I haven’t been back since last year. From telling me I needed an alignment without telling me my ti the past few visits. I do not trust them anymore. I haven’t been back since last year. From telling me I needed an alignment without telling me my tires needed to be replaced the next month to having to faulty work that that needed to be repaired. Two of my coworkers purchased Subaru’s because I had raved about the customer service. After Subaru replaced their service team with new people, they experienced so issues as well. One coworker used to be a mechanic and the mechanic so damaged his tire pins during a rotation that he repurchased the parts and had to fix what the mechanic damaged himself. He waited 2 hours to speak to the manager before he gave up and went home. After an accident, Henderson Collision took my Outback to Concord Subaru to have the eyesight fixed. Subaru said it was fixed and I had to return 2 more times to get it fixed. On top of that Neither Henderson Collision nor l could get a call back from Burl in the service department on several occasions. Needless to say Concord Subaru has lost 3 customers since they can no longer provide the quality service they have provided in the past. More

We made an appointment for 9:30 am to have the 60,000 mile service done on our Ascent. At the time we asked how long it would take, and was told 2 or 2-1/2 hours. So we prepared to run some errands during that time. We arrived for our appointment on time and was told to expect about 3 hours. So we left and took care of our other business. We came back after 3 hours and was told it would be another couple hours, so we found something else to do. upon arrive back at the dealership we waited in the waiting area for about another 2 more hours. The total time our car was there was about 6-1/2 hours. they said they were busy, but why not honor your appointments and let those who do not have an appointment wait. The last hour and a half we waited we were alone in the waiting room. Upon checking a little more I discovered our car was not even taken into the service bay until 2 or 2-1/2 hours after our appointment. We have always taken our car there for service, but not again. ; More
