"Above and beyond & Great compromise"

"No Integrity-Just Lazy and Greedy"

My family went to this location after finding the SUV we wanted online. We proceeded with the process to receive financing through outbound credit union, who gave approval for the sale. We were told that this was all that was needed to keep the vehicle from being sold to another buyer. The same day we received a call from the same salesman saying that someone was looking at the car and that we needed to put down a deposit to keep it from being sold. So either the salesman gave misinformation or he flat out lied. I'm inclined to believe the latter. Strike One. He claims that he contacted the credit union but was told that they were backlogged due to tax season, but we called the credit union and was able to contact someone immediately. Strike Two. After some deliberation we decided to place the deposit but was then told that they had to wait to see if the other potential buyer got approval before our deposit could be taken-when we were just told 15 minutes earlier that the deposit would hold the car. These people never intended to hold the car for us even though our financing had already been approved and they had confirmation of that. Mike and the rest of the salesman are a bunch of snakes, run in the other direction and hopefully they'll go out of business. Jerks.
