Carlo Lavarello was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely willing to work. He was not your average pushy salesman! He listened to my concerns, worked with my budget, and made sure that we were both comfortable with the outcome. Once we came to an agreement, he arranged for me to meet with Paul K. in accounting. Paul was a joy to work with! He made sure that my car had the necessary warranties and explained the details of the options. We laughed and had good conversation the whole time; very different than my previous car buying experiences! I met up with Carlo again so he could go over the many features in my new car. He explained every feature in the car and showed me where I could find this information in the future; he even gave me his phone number in case I had any trouble. I cannot recommend Carlo Paul at Subaru Pacific enough! This was the most honest car buying experience I have ever had! More
