I love my new Subaru! I had a great experience with Subaru! When I first decided to visit the location I was approached by Wayne Martini. He was super helpful and showed me I had a great experience with Subaru! When I first decided to visit the location I was approached by Wayne Martini. He was super helpful and showed me many cars and I finally got to test drive a Subaru (I had just left San Tan Ford where I was supposed to test drive a Subaru and they didn't have any for me then I waited around for an hour to be shown a car that I couldn't test drive and I didn't want). Wayne was personable and very low pressure. After I was done looking at cars he assisted me with some pricing and showed me some videos of Subaru. I wanted to think things over and take my time and in no way did he make me feel pressured to make a decision. We continued to text message about the cars they had in stock and about when I would like to come in again. He was great at communicating with me and very flexible. I ended up having my car pretty much break down on me so I knew I was going to have to make a decision fast. I contacted Wayne and he came in early to meet me. Unfortunately he has another customer who came in just 5 minutes before me so he was busy, but he set me up with Bill East and I got my car quickly. I was unprepared as far as pay stubs and things go and they were still able to help me and I left with a car a couple hours later. Wayne was there and still helping me and being the super friendly person that he is. I was so pleased at how Subaru handled the purchasing process. They showed me how everything worked, set my phone up to the bluetooth in the car, and really explained thoroughly all that they were going to do for me. Everybody at Subaru was extremely friendly and I felt very welcome. Not to mention the store is beautiful and makes you want to road trip. My mother has a Honda and went in for a service the day after I purchased my car and ended up deciding to trade it in for a new Accord. Her car is nice and they gave her a deal but after I told her about my experience and how much I get with my Subaru and how much I love it she grew jealous, as she was not offered much more then a discount off of the marked price. I will continue to rant and rave about my Crosstrek and would recommend to anyone to check out Subaru Superstore in Chandler if they are looking for a new vehicle. More

I had a lot of questions since I never owned a Subaru before and did just enough research to know I wanted one. He was a one stop shop for all my questions and I learned a lot in a short period of time. It took us 10-15 minutes to agree on a price and I was out the door with my new car in 60-90 minutes which included finance and walking through all the options on the car. It has been 2 weeks and I can't say enough good things about this vehicle and the job Wayne did. More

Best car buying experience ever Seton Faircloth greeted us at the front door and was easy to talk to and eager to please us. We had pretty much made up our minds that a Honda CRV was our next purchase. However after reviewing the Subaru safety rankings, we thought we should at least give it a test drive. We asked Seton many questions which he quickly answered. There was no pressure to make a decision, just a strong willingness to make sure we had everything we needed to make an informed decision. Then he took us on a test drive and demonstrated the Eye-sight safety feature. The car (Forrester) stopped by itself behind another vehicle stopped at a light. It was really impressive. After a couple of days to think it over we decided to buy a Forrester. The purchase experience, which I dreaded based on previous experiences, was smooth and without issue. Pierre Evans walked us through all the documents electronically saving lots of time. I highly recommend Subaru Superstore, Seton and Pierre. Seton's manager, Mark I believe, was also a big help in meeting our deal expectations. More

We just purchased a new Toyota RAV4, but we're also looking to replace our Camry as well. We are from MN, visiting AZ for the week, and decided to check out the Subarus. Seton did a wonderful job of walking us through the Impreza, Legacy and Cross Trek models. He took the time to explain the merits of each and once we settled on a Legacy, took us out for a test drive and continued to point out facts, figures and positives. We really appreciate the time he took especially since he knew we would not be buying a car in AZ. Now we are armed with the information we need to bring back to the Subaru dealer in MN. I never felt pressured in the process and I felt that they genuinely wanted to make sure that I felt that I was getting a good price for my new Forester. I was there on a busy Saturday. The process was a smooth and quick as I could have hoped for in purchasing a new car. I highly recommend them and will be returning in the future when we are ready for another Subaru. More
