These guys exceed expectations on that front for sure! Every step of the way, you can count on every car salesman trick in the book and a few new ones. I got (successfully ... ugh) upsold from a slightly used car to a new one (with an option package that I never would have picked myself ... I still can't believe I paid for $80 floormats, much less the $400 special mirrors ... I'll wear the "sucker" sticker for that one though. I should have been more on top of things). Oh, and when we said we didn't want the window etching on the one car, why would we want it on the other? Ew. What a sneaky sneak thing to do! Shame. Shame. Shame. He actually said something about it being the end of the month and they want to get the books wrapped up. xxxx you not. I should have walked there. That's such a sleazy car salesman line. Expected him to offer the undercoating or the chip and dent "service" about that point. Oh and the kid explaining the manuals. First, I wondered: Why is this a necessary step? Oh yeah ... one more shot to upsell! Literally, when he was explaining the entertainment center manual, this came out of his mouth "But since you're only getting the base model, it isn't a 7" screen, it's only 6.5" ... the sudden feeling of inadequacy was supposed to prompt me to up my "package" to the 7" model I suppose? Probably reading too much into it ... The finance department doesn't shirk either though. Trying to sell us on gap coverage, extended warranties and service plans, "no" was suddenly not a complete sentence. Interestingly, after the deal was done, I took one more trip to my credit union. When I told Subaru they were able to get me a better rate, lo and behold, suddenly Subaru found a percentage point they couldn't find me for the original deal! I'm so glad they can work to find me the best possible deal AFTER I found a better rate elsewhere. Not gonna lie. I was a little disgusted. Every penny. They'll even try to upsell you on Starlink on the way out the door ... under the guise of "acquainting you" with your new car. Presumably also a service plan ... I don't know, when they asked for a few more minutes I had to leave. Afraid all that sleaze would rub off on me. Just go away! I don't need three people shoving their hands in my pockets at once. I just need a car! I was willing to pay a little more and keep my haggling and shopping around to minimum, and what did I get for my trouble? Greedy money grubbers treating me like a checkbook instead of a customer. I see all these rave reviews, but it seems like a pretty ordinary new car dealer ... trying to nickel and dime their customers at every turn and pretending like they are doing you a favor. Didn't expect any better, but I kind of hoped I would find it anyway. Edit: I want to make clear that I don't blame them ... Mike and Bryan and Pierre ... xxxx, even Kim. They were totally doing their job and were professional and friendly, each one. The problem was their job. They get money when they take it pretty much directly from me. I get that. It just sucks for this whole approach to selling cars is the way we do it. It really dehumanizes the customer and the staff both. I have changed my ratings accordingly. More

Wayne took the time to understand what we needed, took us for several drives in the vehicle. It was not the regular drive. We drove each time for more then 20 minutes and over several different roadways.Wayne took time to explain the features and how they work. Ahh, how they work. The follow up was beyond reproach. His attention to detail every step of the way, separated him from the others. I have bought over 20 cars in my life and this was the finest experience. More

He was very knowledgable about all aspects of my Outback. Not only that but he is a certified Subaru junkie and very excited about the brand. Mark Suttles, the sales manager treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism unlike most of the previous car buying experiences I've had in the past. No insults, no bravado. He just told me the best offer he could give me and let me research it for myself. After doing the research, I chose to buy the car there since they were so professional about the purchase and were able to match other best offers maybe not in dollars but in equivalent service. Overall, I was very satisfied with every aspect of my car purchase experience here at Subaru Superstore from he first phone call to driving off the lot with my beautiful new Outback. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan on doing business with them in the future. More

Over The Top Experience, Start to Finish!!! My experience from the time my wife and I drove on the lot was over the top great!!! Our salesman Bill East was kind and listened to what we had to s My experience from the time my wife and I drove on the lot was over the top great!!! Our salesman Bill East was kind and listened to what we had to say and answered our questions completely. His product knowledge was excellent. We did not purchase the 2016 Outback that day. We wanted to think it over for a few days. Bill was more that ok with that and did not pressure us one bit. I really mean that, NO pressure!!!! What?? :) A few days later I texted Bill and then called to put a down payment on the car. The actual purchase day was smooth as silk. They were prepared for our arrival not only with the paper work but the vehicle was ready and waiting in the Delivery Garage. That's right, they have a Delivery Garage. We ended up leaving the car for another 5 days for a few upgrades of our choosing. Again, everything was ready as promised. Since the purchase of the car we have been invited back to the dealership for informational classes on how to operate and use the multitude of functions that the cars offers. Question and answer time for us to help us maximize our Subaru experience. There was food and snack available during this visit. I have also had my first service which was a most excellent experience as well. I was made comfortable, offered coffee, water and some snacks while I waited. I thought, geeez, this is just too much fun. Who has fun at the dealership????? Right? Well, I do. My car was ready in an hour as promised. They washed the outside and not some cheesy wash either. It was clean and the tires conditioned as well. Cool. Then I got in and they had cleaned the inside as well. Whoot whoot. What a great way to start my day. I believe that the Subaru Superstore figured out how to do it right all the way around. I left that last day in a clean car and happy, advertising for Subaru. They intended it that way and it worked!!!!! Before I left I suggested that they do a "happy hour" (no alcohol) , so I could bring my friends.......... Side note: My first car was a 1976 Subaru. Let's just say I put it thought it's paces. I've heard rumor that is is still running around in Montana still!!!! (there have been sightings!!!) Now I am back in a 2016 Outback. This is an amazing machine. Brad Keiper More
