Exceeded Expectations When I first stepped foot into the Subaru Superstore of Chandler, I was greeted with a smile and an ice cold water bottle. Everyone was very friendly, When I first stepped foot into the Subaru Superstore of Chandler, I was greeted with a smile and an ice cold water bottle. Everyone was very friendly, and there was a very bright and pleasant atmosphere within the building. I was approached by a sales representative, and was asked if I needed any help. I knew exactly what I was there for, a 2016 WRX STI in World Rally Blue. The sales representative immediately linked me up with Mr. Seton Faircloth, who is the STI product specialist. As soon as we started chatting, I knew instantly he was extremely knowledgable with these vehicles, and I felt comfortable working with him to find my dream car. We took a test drive in a Galaxy Blue STI Limited, and as soon as I drove it I knew this car was the one. Unfortunately there weren't any STIs on the lot in WRB, so I ordered mine custom on August 8, 2015. 10 short weeks later I received a text from Seton with a teasing video of my car, "SPOTTED!!!!". I was ecstatic. I gathered all of my paperwork and headed into the dealership on Monday October 19, to finally get my car. The entire process from start to finish was only about 2 hours (IF THAT), and I snacked on some fresh baked cookies along with a cup of hot chocolate from their awesome starbucks machine. Everyone was super friendly, and one sales person even asked if that was my car in the delivery bay, and gave me a high five for choosing such a sweet ride! Vehicle delivery was definitely one of the most exciting moments of my life. Seton walked me through every aspect of the vehicle, explained every nook and cranny and what it did or why it was there. I was guided through setting up bluetooth, navigation, et cetera. I drove off the lot knowing exactly what everything did, and how it all worked. Seton was awesome to work with, and I highly recommend that anyone in the market for a Subaru - especially an STI - heads over to Subaru Superstore of Chandler and asks for Mr. Faircloth!!! Besides all of this, Subaru makes an incredible product and I am proud to say that I am hooked for life. If you are on the fence about an STI, GO DRIVE ONE!! I promise you, you will not regret it!! More

He was knowledgable about the vehicles we spoke about and for me details and specs of the car is all I need to know. I he allowed the vehicle to sell its self unlike many sales reps who use their mouth too much in order to sale a vehicle. This to me is exceptional in sales and is very much appreciated. Great plce to buy a car No pressure sales, they worked with us on getting the price we were looking for. Received a fair price on our trade-in. Their finance department was able to secure us a loan at 1/2 % lower rate than we had previously had squired. The sales team was great, friendly low keyed, very nice people. They will be the first stop when purchasing our next car. More
An absolute Awakening There was nothing like it!! No hassle; no tweaking; no pressure; no huffing or puffing.. none! We were in the market for a 2016 Subaru Outback Limited There was nothing like it!! No hassle; no tweaking; no pressure; no huffing or puffing.. none! We were in the market for a 2016 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5i sporting a Wilderness Green coat. Sent the same basic request to four other Dealerships. All responded but varied in price (lots of add-ons) and minimal communication or lack of answering. The one and only individual that took the time to correspond with me (I am deaf) via e-mail without a whimper was Subaru Superstore's Jack Callaghan. This individual is an absolute credit to the staff of Subaru Superstore's team, bar none. Go for Jack next time if you can get him..he's a busy man. Oh, not to forget to applaud and give thanks to ALL these individuals in the store who served us so well, even the owners wife Lisa stopped to say "Hi" and welcomed us. More

I asked for an extended test drive so to check how the car handled on the roads I drive everyday, not just the roads near the dealership, and it was no problem to arrange. I have been looking for a car for several months, been to dealerships for many other car brands, and decided on Subaru because the car offered the visibility I wanted, and its reputation for reliability and safety. Fantastic Buying and Service Experience My experience researching and purchasing a new 2016 Forester at the Subaru Superstore in Gilbert whilst also having my 2009 Forester serviced was sati My experience researching and purchasing a new 2016 Forester at the Subaru Superstore in Gilbert whilst also having my 2009 Forester serviced was satisfying, straight forward, and positive. My purchase experience began approximately 3 weeks before the day we closed a deal when Bouvier Brandon generously helped my family and I select a new Subaru model to augment our current vehicle. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the product line, and he didn't encourage us to consider a new model that wouldn't fit our needs or our budget. Following that initial contact visit, Bouvier was courteous in following up to see how we were progressing with our decision and our readiness to proceed with an eventual purchase without being overbearing. Our experience during the day of our purchase was equally positive. Bouvier was attentive and accommodating. The negotiation process was also painless and without pressure. We quickly reached a deal that was right in line with my well researched target price and certainly in line with the best pricing noted on Consumer Reports and other online services. Financing was a mostly positive experience as well. There were the usual offers for extended warranties and other additive services, but Pierre Evans was professional and was good at explaining all of the details. Taking Delivery of the Vehicle was, hands down, the best experience I have had when purchasing a new car. The individual that worked with me was very thorough and patient in walking me through the basics of the infotainment system and the other features of the particular trim level I purchased. My service visit for my older Subaru was also very positive. I brought it in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but the service team also helped to diagnose a problem with the TCS system that cropped up - highlighting the least expensive way to resolve the problem. All told, I am a very satisfied customer and I will not hesitate to purchase my next Subaru from this dealer in the future. Constructive feedback: If there is one particular area that comes to mind as not being 100% satisfactory both in my mind and with the benefit of hindsight, it has to be two items tied to the Financing phase of the sale. 1.) I had asked for Desert Schools financing, mainly to help compare the rates based on term and to weigh the convenience factor of using my local bank vs. Chase through Subaru Finance. However, that wasn't an option that the Finance team was ready to provide despite my request. 2.) The extended warranty options presented did not include the Classic option. Only Gold Plus and several higher tiers not officially advertised by Subaru. I was confident in my selection of the gold plus warranty, but the pricing was not in line with the established norm from other Subaru dealers and Subaru direct. It still carried an unexplained surcharge that I would still like to have explained in detail. More
