They made the entire experience enjoyable (not easy thing to do when I am spending 27,000.) We purchased a Subaru Forester because of Consumer Reports. We purchased it at Chandler Superstore because of Mike Harris and the service dept. We had our previous Subarus serviced at Chandler for about five years. We always received great service and Mike Harris in particular was extremely accommodating when unexpected needs arose. The sales rep, Matt Harris, was very very helpful when I was exploring the possibility of buying a new car. He knew his products and helped select the vehicle I was looking for. He did this in a non pressuring very efficient way. He also stayed with us during the entire process ensuring we understood everything and making the paperwork understandable. It helped that his sense of humor was the same as ours distorted and a little insane (thank goodness). Although there was much overlap in how they helped we want to mention the assistance that Mark Harris, Justin Butcher and Pierre Evans provided. Again everything from paperwork to the functioning of the car, was explained in an efficient and professional fashion. The training session we were given was not provided in other dealerships. In fact we were able to use the info were received in adjusting our 2011 Subaru. In conclusion we would like to say that we would recommend Chandler Superstore to anyone and everyone.
