Consistent Customer Service I purchased my 2014 Outback on Labor Day Weekend 2014 from Subaru Superstore of Chandler. It was a hot holiday weekend, and my sales associate Curt c I purchased my 2014 Outback on Labor Day Weekend 2014 from Subaru Superstore of Chandler. It was a hot holiday weekend, and my sales associate Curt could not have been more accommodating. I really wanted to make the right Subaru purchase for myself, and he patiently toured me through all three sport utility models until I settled - happily - on the Outback. It was hot; I drove three models; I looked at countless color combos; and I insisted on the EyeSight technology. Curt was gracious and accommodating on all accounts. I never felt pressured or "sold" my car. I felt like I was matched, carefully, to my car. Since my purchase, I have received regular phone calls from Curt to check on my car and my happiness with it. He even came out to my house to help me figure out why my car would not pair to my garage door opener. I am equally pleased with the service staff. I see the same associate - Jerry - who always makes sure I am in and out in a timely manner and that any concerns are addressed before I leave. I feel like I could call and discuss an issue with him if I needed to. He is very approachable. Thank you. More

He listened to what we wanted, he didn't try to pressure us into spending more than we could afford. We felt comfortable with him. When purchasing a large ticket item like a car, it really helps to work with someone who is trustworthy and sincere. More

Matt Pompay was our sales person and from the beginning we let him know we only wanted to test drive some cars. Matt was very knowledgeable, patience, and answering all of of questions. There was no pressure applied to buy a vehicle at that time. After visiting a couple of other dealers that day we realized we wanted a Forester and wanted to purchase it from the Subaru Superstore. We went through Costco's auto program to negotiate the price and finished the process within 3 hours.The whole staff was super helpful from sales to finance to people who explain how to operate the equipment. I would definitely go back to Subaru Superstore for another vehicle. More

After a little hiccup with another salesman, manager Mark Harper met with us and eased our worries. He was great to deal with. Pierre in financing was very personable and efficient. Still undecided about rating the parts department. We ordered both the car and roof storage container. When we picked up the car on Thursday, however the storage container wasn't in yet. They promised to have it in by the next day, which was critical because we were taking it on vacation Saturday. Parts department was supposed to call Friday when it came in. After no call all day, I called them Friday evening and was told it came in earlier that day and we had 30 minutes to pick it up before they closed. It seems like the parts department didn't have the same sense of urgency that Seton and Pierre did. Interested to see what the "new owner orientation" is all about. I like that this dealership offers this to their customers. After all the time and money spent here, it would be nice if they gave out a complimentary sun shade for the windshield or some other Subaru swag. More

The only place I go Subaru Superstore is the only place I trust, and the only place I take my Subarus. I have been going to this specific location because of the quality Subaru Superstore is the only place I trust, and the only place I take my Subarus. I have been going to this specific location because of the quality of the car service and customer service. Mike Harris has been my go to guy for service for just about as long as I have been going to the Superstore of Chandler. He has been a pleasure to work with and is very knowledge about the product he deals with. Recently I had to upgrade to a new car because of some unfortunate events that transpired with my old 2010 WRX. Seton Faircloth worked over a month with me to find and workout the best deal possible, since upgrading to a new car was not something I fiscally had planned on for another few years. He was very personable and made it an enjoyable experience, even when my parents got involved and began contradicting one another. I am now the proud, in love owner of a new 2015 WRX; and despite missing my last car and and wishing it didn't have to come to an untimely demise, I do not regret anything in upgrading to my new car. More

Found a 2013 Subaru BRZ for my son and a 2015 XV Crosstrek for my wife. Very happy with both. Worked with Ron and were able to get what we wanted at good prices. Have already recommended this dealership to others and am sure I will do more business here in the future. More
