He was not pushy, and he was eager to answer all of our questions. I really like Bill quite a lot. He did not seem like your typical sales person. He had another returning customer the same night we came in to complete our lease agreement, so he was trying to finalize two deals around the same time. The other employees stepped in and assisted in the sale and it really felt like a positive environment where the needs of the customer were placed above any sort of sales competitiveness. Matt Pompay was the other sales person who assisted us in filling out paperwork. I am not the sort of person who enjoys buying cars. It takes a long time, and I always feel pressured. This was my best experience with a car dealer so far. It still took a long time, but I did not feel pressured while I was there. The team did their best to make my family feel comfortable during the process. I would definitely deal with this group again. More
