Great Experience After looking online for several weeks, I found the car I wanted on AutoTrader.com. It was the right price with low miles. I received info on this vehicle via Live Chat with Josh Decker and I came in 2 days later. It was still available, and not even on the lot yet. Josh made the purchasing process so easy and seamless. From the time I walked into this dealership, EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful. Josh did a wonderful job and really made me feel at ease, as buying a car is not always the case. I would totally recommend Josh Decker AND this dealership to purchase a car from. Oh yea, one more thing....it's a family owned business which really makes a big difference. Then a friend told me about her outstanding experience at the Super Store of Chandler. I worked with Josh Decker for the purchase of my Subaru Forester. He was so kind and professional. He did an outstanding job. 8 months later my car was totaled. I specifically asked for Josh again. He actually remembered me, and treated me with excellent customer service. Jerry Zack is my service specialist. He has also been wonderful. He takes the time to explain my warranty and services, and answers any questions I have, even if he is really busy. If you are looking for a Subaru, this is definitely the only place to go. More

The Best Car Buying Experience I am in my mid 50's and over the years have bought dozens of vehicles. Recently, I was in the market for a very specific used truck. My search kept I am in my mid 50's and over the years have bought dozens of vehicles. Recently, I was in the market for a very specific used truck. My search kept getting bigger and bigger. Eventually, I found a perfect match at Subaru Superstore of Chandler, but the dealership was more than 500 miles from my residence. I sent the dealership an internet request for more information regarding the truck. Almost immediately, I received a response from Scott Jenkins about the truck. The email was very thorough and comprehensive. The condition, history and an internet price of the truck was included in the email. Based on the distance between the dealership and my location, I was a more than a little reluctant to pursue a purchase of the truck. I took a chance, flew out to Chandler, AZ, and met with Scott. I can honestly say, Scott is one of the most sincere, honest and trustworthy car salesman I have ever met. We all have an opinion of the "car salesman" and they are not always viewed in the best light. The words that I used to describe Scott were chosen very carefully and not normally used to describe a car salesman. He went well beyond what I was expecting. When I had a concern about a small issue with the truck, he took it back to the service department and the issue was addressed and corrected in just a few minutes. If you are in the market for a "new or used" vehicle, do yourself a favor and check this dealership. The price was more than fair, the finance department was perfect, and the service department was awesome and very knowledgeable. My purchase was well worth the flight and subsequent 500 mile "test drive" back home with my new truck As far as the salesman, Scott, I can not give him high enough praise. After that they switched me to another salesperson and then I even got to talk to one of the managers. It was then I realized my wife was right and I should have avoided this dealership all together. The arrogance displayed at this dealership is rampant. Maybe it is because I am from the midwest and they treat you much better there. It just was a little deja vu because we experienced the same from a Honda dealer years back. They treated us the same when we bought a car and it was downhill from there. We did buy 6 more Hondas but none from that same dealership. I will probably buy a Subaru again, just never from this dealership. The General manger said he does 500K business every day & treated me like mine really did not matter. Guess I should have listened to my gut feeling and my wife. I hate it when she is right. I had an offer from another dealership but since I worked with the first salesperson for the past 4 months I felt I needed to do business with them. Wish they showed me the same courtesy. Too bad that salesperson was a nice person and was good to work with. More
