WOW! WOW! WOW! I have to admit my opinion of car dealerships has changed. It was nice pulling up and not having 20 people hounding as you open your door. Morgan was there to greet me and my family and immediately gave us water and allowed us to cool off from the extreme heat. The experience was already off on the right foot. Car was great and we had our two young daughters with us and after they made their first fair offer we told them we liked it but we need you to sharpen your pencil a bit and we will run out to get some lunch for the kids and then will be back to see if we can make a deal. While at lunch Morgan called and told me someone else was test driving the vehicle. He told that person that the car was already in negotiations and would not be able to speak on it until he got a final word from us. How GREAT was that. Any other dealer would have moved on and worked with the new customer. That left us very impressed. We came back from lunch and made the deal. Morgan was great, the rest of the staff was great. The girl at the front desk even watched our kids for us while we signed our paperwork. WE WILL BACK. Worth the drive. What a great experience. Kudos to Morgan and the owner for a fine establishment they run. More

These guys have gone above and beyond in making the whole process easy to understand, straightforward and as painless as possible. After going to many other dealerships (non-subaru) and dealing with the whole under-the-table "give me a number and i will see if we can make it fit" and the magical numbers scribbled on a piece of paper, these guys showed us straight forward the numbers, how they got to them and then how they would change if we changed other factors such as credit tier, down payment and term length. They were able to answer every single question we asked (and some were quite obscure). They took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with everything. Subaru's cars speak for themselves, and these guys are top notch and a fitting match to help get people into them. More

The purchase of my new vehicle at the Subaru dealership in Chandler was a great experience. George showed us several Forester models and explained the difference in options. At no time did I feel pushed or uncomfortable; an experience that I had in many other dealerships. We also took a test drive. I had owned a Subaru before and was familiar with the quality and the road/crash test scores. I also knew that it is an affordable vehicle in comparison with others in that class. A few days after my purchase, I had an interior/exterior protection done. I was provided with a loaner car without charge and the service was done quicker than expected. I would definitely recommend the dealership to my friends. More

We had a great experience there and even though it was over a 40 mile drive to get there (when we have a ton of options along the way), it was well worth the time. Morgan made sure to follow through from my first visit but not to the point where it was pushy and annoying. He brought the vehicle we were interested in closer into town so we could at least test drive it without having to go all the way to the East Valley. Once we decided to purchase it, we went back to the dealership and after a few rounds of negotiating, we had a deal. Due to an obligation on our part we could not complete the transaction in one visit, but Morgan and the finance team worked on it while we were away. He called as soon as he had something we were willing to work with. When we arrived late at night with our young son to complete the transaction, they had the paperwork ready and were nice enough to keep an eye on our son in the play room so we could take care of the financial part. Overall, we were extremely happy with the level of service from the dealership. There was no passing us along to this person and that person (other than to sign the papers). And there was no high pressure sales being pushed on us. Given the experience we had, we would absolutely make the drive again just to purchase a car from this dealer. More
