My car was in for a 7500 mile service...plus checking for problem with dash illumination. Mike arranged a loaner car. This time I investigated Subaru dealer sales and service ratings, which is how I chose this dealer despite be dealers and their after sales service. I was able to easily work on line with Gus Kostopulos, the Internet/ Fleet manager and his associate Brent Gunderson. I purchased the car with all the options I desired and did not recieve any "hard sell" to purchase items I did not want. Gus is friendly and knowledgable. He actually came in on his day off to deliver my car. He did a thorough job explaining and demonstrating all operations and options, and answered all my questions. At no time throughout this purchase experience as I pushed or rushed. I will definitely recommend this dealer to all my friends and look forward to future business with Subaru Superstore of Chandler.
