Marc Dicino in the F&I office was easy to interact with, didn't keep us waiting for hours and didn't try to strong-arm us into upgrades we were not interested in. We were in an out quickly. Camill Kaminski was very helpful explaining the accessories/option on our new car and answered all our questions. Buying a car this time was actually a pleasant experience. The test drive started with a basic orientation to the numerous controls and safety features, which was mind-blowing compared to what I had been driving for over 15 years. The dealer was very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. When it came down to selecting extended warranties and upgrades, I was very impressed at the extra protections I could obtain for a reasonable cost compared to the number of years added to the original warranties. My first experience purchasing a Subaru was amazing! I could not be more satisfied with my experience purchasing a certified used 2017 Subaru Crosstrek a few days ago. I initially went to this dealership I could not be more satisfied with my experience purchasing a certified used 2017 Subaru Crosstrek a few days ago. I initially went to this dealership looking for this exact type of car and unfortunately they didn't have any used ones in stock. I was disappointed but within a couple days, the sales associate we met, Imad Sinno, called to advise me that a really nice 2017 Crosstrek had just come in that was in excellent condition with really low miles. I was so grateful for the call and went to the dealership right away to see the car. It was exactly the way he described it and I knew it was the perfect fit for me and my partner! Needless to say, I bought the vehicle and am SO happy with it! The process of purchasing the car felt really comfortable and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of in any way. Imad was kind, professional and really patient with all of my questions throughout the process. He was really knowledgeable about the car I was buying, he helped me get a really fair price for my trade in, and he truly worked on my behalf to make sure I was really happy with the car-buying experience. I also had a positive experience in finance and appreciated all of the options that were presented to me in a clear way. Despite having a great power-train warranty, I did end up purchasing additional bumper to bumper coverage up to 100K miles. That gave me additional piece of mind and it will very likely pay for itself if anything expected should come up with the car as the years go by. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in buying a Subaru uses this dealership as the customer service was top notch!! More
