I worked with David through the Costco program. He was very knowledgeable patient and efficient. I will say that when I went to pick my car up the detail team did not have it ready David himself I believe did the best he could detailing my vehicle. Saying they were backed. I saw two detailed persons in the lobby area walking around, getting snacks and visiting. That was disappointing. I felt that my car could’ve been detailed out inside and out 100% better but David did the best he could to satisfy me and get me on my way. More

I appreciate the service department and end up driving over 35minutes from home to go there. The Advisor Jerry Zack is one of the major reasons.
