We had relied on a Lexus 350RX for 5 years but new we wanted something a little more fun and value conscious without the sacrificing luxury feel or safety, After extensive research online and a test drive at a local dealership, I knew that Subaru Forester Touring was the answer. The challenge was availability of the exterior and interior color and features that we wanted. Our local dealer was friendly but lethargic to take action or think out side the drivetrain! Subaru Surprise, Internet Sales Team; Dave Castillo and Joe Skeens just delivered the exact car we wanted to our door! We are so very pleased with the entire experience - from my first 'almost desperate' online application Saturday morning ~8am to having the keys in our hands Monday at 3pm. We were lo After an exhausting day of driving to over 6 dealers and 100 miles, we took a chance on a car advertised by Subaru Superstore of Surprise. We were looking for a clean, low mileage used car for our 16 year old daughter. Mike Scribner was our contact and within a few minutes of texts we had a deal! It was so simple and there was no pressure! After taking delivery we realized that one of the key fobs was missing and Mike took the extra time to contact the previous owner and was able to secure the key fob for us. That saved us hundreds of dollars in having to replace the key fob at the dealer. The entire experience was low pressure, and very easy from start to finish. The dealership is new, modern, clean and friendly. We actually really enjoyed the process and will definitely return next year when our son needs a car. We will make the drive from Carefree to Surprise just to experience the high level of customer service these folks provide. Highly recommended for a pleasant car buying experience! More
