I’ve always been paranoid of dealerships because many will do whatever possible to rip you off, but that was not the case with this place. They are 100% committed to great customer service and there’s no doubt that they showed it to me. They treated my boyfriend and I like a VIP the entire time. During the test drive, my boyfriend noticed a leak in the back of the car and the dealership took care of that before I bought it. It took some time, but there was always someone different updating us every 15-30 minutes to let us know where the progress was on fixing it, which I appreciated. I also saw in the paperwork that they gave me, along with the Carfax report, that they took great care of the car right after it was traded in. It had a ton of basic maintenance done on it, which tells you how well they take care of their cars. That definitely told me that I was purchasing my car from the right place. The buying process was simple and stress-free, as I never felt pressured. Something else I love about this place is that you can bring your dogs along, too! They let my small dog come along for the test drive and they treated her as a furry VIP as well. There’s no doubt that this place is special. The kindness everyone offers here is hard to find anymore in this crazy world. I traveled 2 hrs to check out the car that I bought and I’m glad that I did it. I want to thank Alex and everyone else for everything that you have done for me. This is sure an experience I will never forget and I’ll always recommend this place 100%! More
