I bought 2 cars over a 6 month period. I was happy with the purchase experience on the first car. On the second car, the dealer forgot to remove the vehicle disable. My family and I were stranded. For this reason, we didn't give the dealer a good rating on the Subaru Survey. I was also unsatisfied with a service for warranty. In both cases, the things I liked I rated very well. For things that needed to be fixed, I rated them low. At our appointed 3000 service, Gill Watters called me and introduced himself as the Service Director. He asked for a "gentlemens agreement" that I never submit another survey ... ever. He stated is takes 5 good reviews to fix one bad one. To me, that means they only want the good reviews. When I refused, he said Subaru Superstore will no longer service my vehicle. He re-iterated, he will service my two vehicles if I submit to his "gentlemens agreement". In good conscious, I once again refused. As a result, I had to call my finance, who was en route to the dealership, to turn around and go home. They are going to refuse service. Based upon this conversation, Gill had no other issue with me except my Surveys. A survey Subaru uses to see how their brand is represented. I contacted SOA. They worked hard on the case for an entire day. In the end, they said this is a franchise store and they cannot control them. The SOA representative also confirmed the store owner has knowledge of this and they support his actions. Now I have a window tint and paint treatment from Subaru Superstore that is no longer warrantied. I have to drive 50+ miles for the 4 free services + warranty work. And, I have an extended service contract I have to go refund. More
My three visits for general maintenance on my new Subaru has been extremely pleasent and the work first class. On entering the business you get immediate service and your wait is in a clean cheerful plac has been extremely pleasent and the work first class. Our 2007 Forester had some problems with the motor and we needed some major work. We live (having moved) in Northern AZ and didn't know where to go. The Chandler Dealership was awesome. They kept us informed during the month and told us what was going on. When your spending so much money getting the car fix, you want to know what is going on. When we picked the car up, within 10 miles, the radiator hose blew. They sent out a service man and totally took care of us and made things were set. Also the dealership was very clean and they had snacks while we waited. Thank you Gil and Dulcinea for such great service! More

Had a decent enough experience buying the car, but the service department was another story when I went to get my accessories installed. They forgot to tighten a hose, and my car died while merging onto t service department was another story when I went to get my accessories installed. They forgot to tighten a hose, and my car died while merging onto the freeway immediately afterwards, putting me into a dangerous position. I was not offered any kind of compensation for my time since I live an hour away and had to make a second trip, the inconvenience, or the danger they put me in due to their complete negligence. I know that when I take my Subaru Outback in for service that I will always be greeted before I get in the door by Kristi. I am always told exactly what and why a service needs to be performed on my car whe that I will always be greeted before I get in the door by Kristi. I've been going to the Subaru Superstore since the weekend they opened and now have purchased a new vehicle from them in addition to the 2 others that my family already had. Yesterday was the first service due on my 2012 Impreza Sport and in the same fashion I've come to expect from the Superstore in the past 2 years of servicing my old Subaru, the work was done quickly and professionally. The staff are genuinely personable and are willing to take the time to not only discuss your issues, but also remember you and who you are from previous visits. I always love dropping in during my service appointments to just say hello to Kristi or Brent. Do not hesitate to bring your Subaru here for service or shop here for your newest purchase, unlike other Subaru dealers in the valley they don't expect your business, they EARN your business, your trust, and your respect and will continue to earn it for years after the sale. Mike has been my service manager since I bought my Forester and he is such a great person! Having someone I can trust when it comes to dealing with car service is invaluable to me - I genuinely feel like he is looking out for my best interests. He is knowledgeable, friendly and always accommodating. I absolutely love my Forester and simply based on the car itself, I would say I am likely to always drive a Subaru ... but it is the quality of service that tips the scale for me so that I feel confident stating that I WILL always drive a Subaru.
