Consistently Good Service I’ve been going to this dealership for 10 years and even though the staff changes the service has stayed consistently good. I feel the over all Subar I’ve been going to this dealership for 10 years and even though the staff changes the service has stayed consistently good. I feel the over all Subaru product sells it’s self so customer service, and experience is where this dealership clearly keeps it’s customers. My family and i all have Subarus and we use this dealership for all types of service. Our service advisor is Darien and we make a point to schedule with him. Great guy, One thing I would improve is the overall web experience. In general the dealership web site would benefit from better web controls and and client scheduling features. It clearly has issues across multiple browse platforms... This is a small pice to pay though for me to continue going to this dealership. They are awesome. More

Service Department Prompt, Friendly, and Does a Great Job I purchased a Forster in 2016. While the only repair needed was a recall item, they have also done all the maintenance on my vehicle. Without fail, I purchased a Forster in 2016. While the only repair needed was a recall item, they have also done all the maintenance on my vehicle. Without fail, every interaction with the service department has been pleasant. The repair and any maintenance I have gotten has always been done well. Their waiting area is really nice, too. There is an area to charge phones or plug in your laptop, comfortable chairs, and television screens. They also have a snack bar that is complimentary. Cookies, hot chocolate or coffee, water, etc... A very pleasant experience. More

Horrible Service Dept My 2016 Impreza in dash display was unresponsive: * When i went to have it replaced, the service dept failed to order the part. * When the part wa My 2016 Impreza in dash display was unresponsive: * When i went to have it replaced, the service dept failed to order the part. * When the part was finally replaced, the heater/AC knob (which is connected to the display) no longer functioned. * When i went back again to have the above bullet corrected, the hood was NOT shut all the way which i discovered on the 60 doing 65MPH. As a sidenote, our four-legged family were welcomed and treated with the same kindness that we were when they came with us to drop our vehicles off. So appreciated!! More
