Subaru roadside assistance In November 2019 I bought a brand new Subaru Legacy from this dealership. In August 2020 I broke down and called for roadside assistance. first call w In November 2019 I bought a brand new Subaru Legacy from this dealership. In August 2020 I broke down and called for roadside assistance. first call was to the dealership who gave me the number I needed to contact which I immediately did. After being put on hold i called for transportation home. I then again tried to contact them from my home phone and put on hold for 47 minutes. While being on hold I called the dealership again and was referred to Steven in service. When I explained my frustration at being put on hold for so long and I needed them to do something for me. He very condensing said to me and said he could arrange for a tow but I would be charged--Is he nuts???. FINALLY someone at the roadside assistance answered and was finally pleasant Omega said that she would arrange for a tow (at NO cost to me). I can tell you I will NOT recommend anyone using this dealership. Unfortunately my car is currently there for service since I didn't know of another dealership to send it to. Oh yeah one other thing all dealership are supposed to send out a customer satisfaction survey from JD Powers. I have NEVER received on. Good thing for them. More
