Business manager was overbearing and rude. He insisted on trying to sell us the extended warranty even after we made it clear we didn’t want one. He wouldn’t let up and wanted to debate the thing. I had to raise my voice and threaten to walk out just get him to shut up about it. The he kept insisting that I sign documents about the extended warranty. Then I threw my pen across the desk and refused. It was a terrible experience, I was very upset. I hate feeling that way. I really don’t want to go over there again. I don’t want to encounter him again. More
