Hello, My name is Z, and I am the owner of Subaru of Cherry Hill. I am sorry about your recent experience at Subaru of Cherry Hill. I want to try my best to explain and clarify. I understand your frustration after the brakes where installed in your vehicle. The pads apparently shifted slightly in "their seat". This caused the mushy feeling and smoke as they had to work harder. We take pride in our work and have an outstanding reputation in the community as well as with the Subaru factory. In the event we have a problem, we will always rectify the situation to the satisfaction of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for lost time. I realize Mike's offer for a free oil change is less then you expected. I am willing to offer you a free detail as well as 15% off your service work for the next 12 months. As for the Phillies tickets, give me an idea of where your seats were and I will see what I can do to replace them with another game.
