Overall my experience with the dealership has been positive in the 10 years I've owned my Forester. I don't like being charged a "diagnostic fee" anytime I'm getting something other than routine work positive in the 10 years I've owned my Forester. I have noted that the lug nuts on my driver front tire have come loose after the last two tire rotations, causing me concern they're not being adjusted to the correct torque following rotation. This has resulted in lug nuts coming so loos they have been within 1/2 turn of completely coming off the bolt. More
