I always have all my oil changes and service work completed here. I had an oil change a little over a month before my safety inspection for plates. I was shocked not to pass as I was not notified of completed here. I had an oil change a little over a month before my safety inspection for plates. I was shocked not to pass as I was not notified of any issues or things that might need to be fixed soon. My brakes did not pass a safety inspection. The manager was helpful and explained it was an oversight by the express service team. I was happy to have an explanation, but was not happy to have a warning on an expensive repair that was necessary or could have been an actual safety issue. Luckily service was completed quickly the same day. More

We were greeted immediately by River who took a look at the problem and assigned the car to a service person. When we called to find out the status of our car, Ethan went to check to see how it was going the problem and assigned the car to a service person.
