We continue to take our 2011 Subaru to the Columbia Dealer.Love the service managers, especially Meredith. Service managers have always let us know what they found and what the cost would be to fix it before proceeding to do it. I travel 320 miles for service at Subaru of Columbia. Oh I tried Springfield and Kansas City for service and was VERY disappointed at both Subaru Dealerships. I purchased my new Subaru from Sales Consultant Keith Miller by a telephone call without ever driving a Subaru. The history of my two Grand-Daughter’s driving OLD Subaru’s thru Medical School convinced me that was the car for me. Recently both are Doctors and will be upgrading their Subaru to a newer Subaru. I hope someday Branson, Missouri will have a Subaru Dealership. More
