The worst experience I’ve ever had with a service dept. they didn’t do a complete inspection, did minimal. I paid for what they did. They didn’t do oil change or tire rotation as I asked. Said when I came back to get brakes on they would do it then. I declined as they already lost my trust. They had a bill made up, assuming I would have my oil changed with the added $150. I had already talked to another Subaru service and they were shocked. The will do a full inspection including checking CVT for free when the change my oil and rotate tire. They are concerned for my safety not just greedy. No I will never go back!!!River should be fired and the management needs to go through Subaru training!!! More

overall good, but apparently not accredited by Subaru for the Hybrid. I have to let them know in advance if I want the transmission fluid replaced because they have to order it. Quick service , everything complete in less than an hour. I did find out starting in January they will no longer honor the $50 oil change guarantee that was given to me when I bought my car. I was a bit concerned when I heard the dealership had been sold, but I am glad it is being run the same way it was before. Shanna was (and always has been) friendly and helpful. Ethan helped fit me in earlier than the appointment that was available on the app, because I wasn't as good about scheduling an appointment as I should have been. Keith Miller sold me the car and is fantastic -- I try to say hello any time I come in. Ryan Samp was my go-to for my old car when he worked at another shop, so I know he is awesome too, even though I haven't needed to interact with him since getting my new car. I say positive things about this dealership whenever I hear of people looking for cars, because it's been such a positive experience every time I go in. Please keep taking great care of your employees, because they take great care of me. More
