Kevin is the most amazing, helpful person and gave me the most positive customer experience that I think I have ever had in my life! He didn’t upsell me at all or even push any add-ons. He simply wanted to get what was best for me. And the amount of time he spent with me was crazy…. two entire afternoons until closing time! It was literally over 10 hrs because there were so many ins and outs that I didn’t understand about financing and insurance. He not only patiently waited with me when I started to call car insurance companies, but also helped me look up info as well. Plus, he even had someone come to NYC to pick me up. And he drove me to the bank bc I didn’t have a check ready. He truly wanted to help me. I cannot say enough of his fine character and the overall experience at Subaru of Englewood. More

Absolute worst subaru service center DO NOT GO THERE! I have used the subaru dealers at Englewood & Ramsey and ENGLEWOOD IS THE WORST! He did his homework on the paperwork and steps that New York State residents would need to take to trade in and purchase a new car in NJ. He explained the new features of the car in an organized and easy to understand fashion. We have had terrible experiences at other dealerships where they think we have nothing better to do than spend our time in the shop. This was a great experience. More
