Scheduled service/recall a specific time/day dropped off car. 5 hours later called to checked status. Was told car was NOT worked and would have to be moved to the next day. Never received a call or anyth car. 5 hours later called to checked status. Was told car was NOT worked and would have to be moved to the next day. Never received a call or anything to say plans have changed. Thanks for wasting my day. Think twice about scheduling services.
